Critical Information
- Injectronics can repair these units for the common faults listed, this includes repairs to the ABS Module & also the Hydraulic Pump Motor
- This service is for the repair of the Pump Motor Only to rectify C0020 fault.
- For the repair of the COMPLETE assembly including Module please refer to repair part number ABSMAZCREP
- Before removing unit from the vehicle, check and record all fault codes. Supply these and any other diagnostic information when sending unit to Injectronics.
- Before removing pipes, clean all dust / grit off ABS module and pipes.
- When pipes have been removed, seal all holes in ABS hydraulic block to ensure no dirt ingress.
- ABS module must be left attached to hydraulic block and motor.
- Pack unit very well to avoid damage during transportation.
- PLEASE REMOVE ANY MOUNTING BRACKETS FROM UNIT BEFORE SENDING IN. UNITS SENT WITH MOUNTING BRACKETS WILL INCUR EXTRA FREIGHT CHARGES
