Electronic Throttle Body
Many late model vehicles use Electronic Throttle Bodies which the ECM, ECU, or PCM controls. This can otherwise be known as drive by wire.

Common faults include; Vehicle in LOS mode (Limited Operation Strategy), no throttle response, will not rev out, will not return to idle, as well as fault codes related to electronic throttle control.
