How do I check the status of my repair job?
Once the job arrives at Injectronics you will received an email notification that the parts have arrived and been booked in ready for a technician to assess your job. Once the job has been completed another notification with your postage tracking information will be email to you provided you have selected the preauthorised repair checkbox when requesting a repair.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are turned around in 48 hours once the job arrives at Injectronics, where a unit is not repairable and a replacement or replacement parts need to be ordered an Injectronics team member will reach out and inform you of the delay and expected revised ETA of your job.
Can I get a quote before sending in my item?
Recommended retail pricing is visible on our website, if you have a trade account complete the log in steps to view your trade pricing.
Do you repair [specific brand/model]?
Injectronics offers a comprehensive range of repair services across a wide variety of manufacturers, covering light and heavy vehicles, as well as industrial and agricultural machinery.

What happens if my item can’t be repaired?
Where new units are available, we will prioritise supplying a brand-new replacement. If a new unit is not available, Injectronics will provide a fully refurbished replacement unit. Both new and refurbished units are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects.

Trade Pricing, on the other hand, is a discounted rate offered to industry professionals, or businesses who provide a valid and active ABN (Australia) or NZBN (New Zealand).
Can I buy parts without creating an account?
No, our Change Over products are for customers who have an active account with Injectronics.
Do you sell refurbished or new parts?
