Critical Information
  • Injectronics can repair these units for the common faults listed, this includes repairs to the ABS Module & also the Hydraulic Pump Motor
  • This service is for the repair of the COMPLETE unit which includes Module and Pump Motor Repair to rectify all the faults listed
  • For the repair of the PUMP MOTOR ONLY please refer to repair part number ABSCAPREP
  • Before removing unit from the vehicle, check and record all fault codes.  Supply these and any other diagnostic information when sending unit to Injectronics.
  • Before removing pipes, clean all dust / grit off ABS module and pipes.
  • When pipes have been removed, seal all holes in ABS hydraulic block to ensure no dirt ingress.
  • ABS module must be left attached to hydraulic block and motor.
  • Pack unit very well to avoid damage during transportation. 
  • PLEASE REMOVE ANY MOUNTING BRACKETS FROM UNIT BEFORE SENDING IN. UNITS SENT WITH MOUNTING BRACKETS WILL INCUR EXTRA FREIGHT CHARGES
