48-Hour Service Policy

The Injectronics 48-hour service applies exclusively to repair jobs booked online via injectronics.com.au or injectronics.co.nz. This service is available only for repairs involving known faults and established repair processes as listed on the Injectronics website.

To qualify for the 48-hour turnaround, repair bookings must be fully completed through the Injectronics online system, including:

  • Full authorisation and pre-approval for all costs to initiate testing and repairs.
  • Selection of the 48-hour turnaround service as part of the job booking process.
  • Submission of all required parts and information specified on the relevant booking page.
  • A comprehensive fault report detailing any fault or diagnostic trouble codes with the booking and parts submission.
